Biographie de Mutnjakovic

Dave was born on the immaterial border that separates Canada from the United States, between Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan. He is the son of a refugee from Eastern Europe and an Irish poet. This Frankensteinian mixture has generated a curiously unique outsider.

At the age of 13, Dave developed a chronic disease that burned holes in his intestines. A disorder that sent him on an adventure to the limits of life. A recession hit his hometown that decimated the city and his childhood. He was forced to leave and uncertain traveler taking the course as destiny.
For six years he floated with the tide to the end of the world. It was in Tasmania that he finally reaches the edge he was looking for.

From this moment to today, Dave creates with a frenzy close to personal therapy. He accumulates over 3000 drawings, writings and animations, all of which are puzzle pieces of his personal, physical and mystical journey. In parallel, he specializes in the development of artistic projects with young people at risk and people overcoming medical problems.
